Giallo paglierino intenso, perlage fine e persistente. All'olfatto affiorano in primo piano sentori agrumati di pompelmo e cedro che lasciano spazio a note di pesca bianca. In bocca è gradevolissimo, spicca per freschezza e sapidità. Lo sviluppo gustativo è piacevolmente coerente con l'olfatto, la chiusura deliziosa e lievemente ammandorlata. Bello scoprire come può cambiare la degustazione muovendo leggermente il fondo - tutto cambia, scopriamo un equilibrio nuovo tra freschezza e rotondità, raggiungendo l'armonia.

Intense straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, citrus scents of grapefruit and citron emerge in the foreground, leaving room for notes of white peach. In the mouth it is very pleasant, stands out for its freshness and sapidity. The gustatory development is pleasantly consistent with the sense of smell, the finish delicious and slightly almondy. Nice to discover how the tasting can change by moving the lees slightly - everything changes, we discover a new balance between freshness and roundness, reaching harmony.
